I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged the 15% cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and scheduling.
